3rd Eye Activation
Because some experiences need to be shared, here’s my response to the question : “how I activate my 3rd eye”
Decalcification of the calcite microcrystals from pineal gland which is related to what we define as 3rd Eye.
Sun gazing in the interval of 45 minutes after sunrise and 45 minutes before sundown
Mix, receipt from 8th grandma’s egyptian heritage :
– 2 small spoons of apple vinegar
– 2 small spoons of honey from bees (natural honey)
– 4 spoons of warm water
Mix with wooden spoon.
Take one spoon in the morning and one before you sleep (at least 3 hours before)
If 2 small spoons of vinegar is to much for you, change to one small spoon.
Combine with this breathing exercise: 7-9-7 for individuals who can or 7-7-5 for a more relaxed exercise.
– 7 seconds inhale through nose
– 9 seconds keep the air at the base of your neck
– 7 seconds exhale through mouth
Repeat for at least 7 or 8 times.
Visualization also works.
Set up the intention to activate this energetical vortex and allow the opening of your 3rd Eye
For some can be/is a nightmare because the other energetic vortexes might not “function” as they should, so a forced opening will do a lot of damage.
The natural activation is amazing, comes natural and involves a certain mindset, knowledge achieved through experience of Self rather than a forced activation.
Anyway, my suggestion is to wait and not force, flow with the stream and for that to happen, don’t oppose your own intuition, don’t fight with your own mind, practice acceptance not through the idea of ignoring but empowered by knowing.
The Circle
First shape using a continuous closed line with the same distance from it's center.
What does even mean?
It means you don’t need to fake that you are good, all light and love, challenges don’t affect you as much as before because you found a way to ignore them, instead understand that all these challenges are messages for you, lessons from which you experience, learn and evolve.
And most important…. don’t rush, chill, relax, if you don’t get it this time, don’t worry, you’re immortal, you have all the time you can imagine.
“NO! I don’t wanna come back to this shi(*)thole again!”
Oh… but you do, every time, you do it because of the love you are capable to emanate, the care and compassion for all other entities who are watching, observing and learning your progress (even when you are down, crashed by life’s challenges) .
You are not here to learn anymore, you are here to evolve and teach by example.
