Meaning of Red color
Red, like a living fire, is the color of passion, vital energy, survival instinct and our connection to the earth.
It is associated with the root chakra, Muladhara, located at the base of the spine, which anchors us in reality.
From a psychological point of view, red is associated with courage, strength, but also with aggression or impulsiveness.
When this chakra is balanced, we feel stable, safe and full of vitality.
An imbalance can lead to fear, insecurity or anger.
Socially, red attracts attention (it’s not for nothing that traffic lights are red!), symbolizing power, action and authority.
Energetically, it warms us up and stimulates us. But be careful, too much red can lead to emotional “fever”!
Imagine a bullfighter with a red cape – it’s no coincidence that the bull gets angry!
It represents stability, survival, connection to the earth.
