My favorite mantra/quote comes from an extraterrestrial entity (how he describes himself) named Bashar, channeled by Darryl Anka

Behind this mantra I discovered that there’s a lot of self-empowering energy.

I Am who I Am and that is Enough can generate the ideas of:

– self empowering by accepting the totality of who I am, with good with bad, with life’s drama and happy moments

– self empowering by being ok with who I am, not needing to prove something to nobody, to be me as I see my self and not how others should see me, no mask

– self empowering energy of being and feeling good because I am, I identify my self into the idea of self-realization, I recognize myself as being Me, a state of being and not something to struggle to achieve and become

Once one can relate to at least some of these ideas, there’s a wonderful feeling of peace, a relief, a state of peace and clarity.
