Atanata

We use systems to define energies and aspects of energies we observe in order to understand, apply and interact with.
Atanata (non-lexical vocable) reflects not only a vocalized sequence of sounds but also a geometric visualisation. Each character of the name is associated with specific energies.

Numerology of ATANATA (Reduced to 4)

Number 4 in numerology is representative to the Builder, the Stabilizer, structure, foundation, hard work, order, practicality, security, discipline.

From this we adopted the idea of the grid, the “awakening grid”.
Grids imply structure, order, and a foundational framework.
An awakening requires disciplined practice and building a new internal structure.

Individual Letter/Sound within Numerology & Tarot Major Arcana Correspondence:

“ATANATA” is reduced to its essence, A, T and N
Their corresponding numbers from numerological perspective also their corresponding archetypes from the tarot’s Major Arcana.

A with numeric value of 1

In numerology number 1 is representative to new beginnings, initiation, leadership, individuality, pioneering spirit, raw energy, ambition. The sigil name is Atanata, the Awakening of inner Goddess.

Tarot’s Major Arcana representative by 1 : The Magician

Meaning: Skill, willpower, conscious manifestation, resourcefulness, taking action, communication, channeling energy from spirit to matter.

The “A” sound as “expansion” or “creation” perfectly reflects with The Magician’s power to manifest and initiate. It’s the active principle, the conscious will setting things in motion. In a chant, it’s the “call” to awaken.

T with numeric value of 2

Numerologically, Number 2 is representative to duality, partnership, balance, cooperation, intuition, receptivity, patience, diplomacy.

Tarot’s Major Arcana representative by 2 : The High Priestess

Meaning: Intuition, subconscious, mystery, hidden knowledge, sacred feminine, inner wisdom, duality (veil between worlds), receptivity.

The “T” sound, being a more distinct stop, represents the pause or the point of receptivity before the next phase, natural, healthy boundaries, self-aware, limitations and acknowledgement.
Its association with balance and intuition is representative to the High Priestess’s quiet, discerning wisdom.

N with numeric value of 5

Number 5 is representative to change, freedom, adventure, versatility, curiosity, non-conformity, communication, experience, the senses.

Tarot’s Major Arcana representative by 5 : The Hierophant

Representative of tradition, institutions, spiritual guidance, mentorship, learning, established beliefs, conformity, seeking knowledge from external sources.

While ‘N’ for inner resonance might seem more introspective, ‘5’ is about change and experience.
The Hierophant, is mostly interpreted as traditional but it is not limited to impose the tradition but to keep the tradition which changes the energy from which this archetype is reflecting its influence.
It is about teaching and learning the path but not as imposing the path, more of a “learn from previous mistakes so we don’t repeat them”.
The “N” as the central column in the grid is representative to the structured path, the axioms of “As Above so Below”, or “As within So without” as dimensional aspects of knowledge being absorbed and reflected during the awakening process.

A – The Magician 1. The act of consciously initiating the awakening, drawing down spiritual energy.

T – High Priestess 2. Activating intuition, balancing dualities, accessing hidden wisdom within the process.

N – The Hierophant 5. Activating the inner being, the structured path, the spiritual teachings, emanating guidance, and experiencing the necessary changes for awakening.

The Full concept “ATANATA”

4 The Emperor/Structure – The entire chant and grid build a stable structure (self-confidence), disciplined, and ordered foundation for spiritual awakening.
Activates the grounding energy for the spiritual experience into a tangible structure within the self.
The process isn’t chaotic; it’s methodical and builds something lasting.

Connection to ATANATA

The chant, through its repeated sounds and the grid’s structure, establishes an internal order and discipline. It brings the potentially chaotic process of awakening into a manageable, grounded framework, much like The Emperor brings order to his domain. It’s about mastering the self and building a stable spiritual life.

The “Atanata” chant, supported by the grid and the sigil initiates (A/Magician) the process, consciously drawing on inner and outer resources, it activates the intuitive understanding and balancing (T/High Priestess) of the forces involved in awakening, it helps to embody the spiritual wisdom and hold the essence of the energy to the center (N/Hierophant), an inner grounding, an inner anchoring if you will.

The energy signature of this sigil is not new in our reality but in many cases it failed to empower individuals because it was filtered through the energy of “conflict, gender segregation, social status” and projected as “revenge, extreme feminism, personality dissociation”.

How to use?

This sigil is for self-empowerment purpose only.
Allows feminine energy to embody the natural strength of their inner being, their goddess power and many aspect of these energy like:
– The ability to take action based on logic and not on emotional impulse only.
– The ability to create a structure, a business, an enclosed system, a circuit which benefits all within.
– The ability to activate knowledge based on natural development of the ideas applied to material context rather than emotional context.
– Activates the ability to discern and pass equitable judgement by balancing both the emotional and logic structure.

You will need:

  • Basic tools to reproduce the symbol, a piece of paper and a pencil
  • A bowl or a glass of clean, drinkable water
  • A candle (intuitively choose the color if you have this option or go with what you have at your disposal, either way, the stage is set)
  • Your favorite incense or aromatherapy oils
  • A red patch of cloth, can be a handkerchief (a paper towel or a napkin will do fine, must be red)

Steps

Step 1. Reproduce the sigil on a piece of paper and on the back of the paper write your clear intention and the name of the sigil.
Step 2. Create the environment. Use your favorite aromatherapy oils or incense to set a calm, relaxing mood. By the way, if it helps you relax, a half glass of red wine is recommended.
Step 3. Take a comfortable position, on the chair, on the floor or wherever you find yourself to enjoy a couple of minutes with yourself and visualise the symbol, look at it without losing focus of your intention.
Step 4. Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through the nose for 5 seconds. Keep, old the air in your belly for 2 seconds and exhale through the mouth for 5 seconds.
Repeat this breathing sequence 3 times and close the sequence like this:
Take a deep breath in for 8 seconds, being aware of the air going through the nose, gently down the throat, down the chest area where it expands forming an energy circle around your heart space.
This space is getting larger and larger with each breath you take in and with each exhale through the mouth.
Step 5. Place the sigil under the bowl of water (or under the glass of water) and keep the symbol in mind along with the intention.
Drop a pinch of salt in the water and allow it to dissolve a little without stirring
Step 6. Drink the water (a few zips will do) to embody your intention along with the conscious activation of the water element which is acting as an energetic buffer.
Step 7. Burn the paper with the sigil and place the ashes on a red cloth (or the red napkin).
Step 8. Wrap the ashes and go outside and dig a small hole near a tree, or something green and alive.
Step 9. Offer gratitude to nobody else but you.
“I am grateful because I choose this life,
I am grateful because I found the strength to overcome so many challenges,
I am grateful for the breath I take today, for the happiness I feel within,
I am grateful for the things which are to come and I stand straight in my energy because I know who I am.”

Something along these lines.
Feel free to choose your gratitude words and blessings carefully because this energy which you emanate when the words are spelled, is the signature vibration of the inner being, of your own entity.

Atanata Sigil

The state you find yourself is important

If you are fearful, your own body will sense that and translate into blockages of the flow of energy and you might end up with migraines, dizziness or even fatigue. Eat something fresh, wall barefoot on green grass, hug a tree to balance your energy and allow for a smooth flow.

Do not project an outcome. Avoid projecting idea like “this should happen” or “this is how it is done”… Allow yourself to receive whatever comes your way because in a state of receiving you will be aware of what you need to receive without any difficulties.

The rest is up to you, your will, your openness, your excitement will be guiding you.

Atanata Sigil

I advice cautious with this sigil because it has power and even if I mention feminine energy, the actions of a goddess are not limited to plant flowers and grow vegetables.
This energy has passion, has drive, a momentum behind and can be quite rough if you are not ready to embody such a powerful energy.
It is not dangerous because it is yours but it is that aspect of you which is an amazon, a warrior, a fighter, with wisdom, with compassion, with understanding, caring, nurturing, yet with authority.

The Symbols

From top to bottom, the construction is evoking the feminine energy.
The nature of energy is growth and development so it should start from the bottom triangle pointing down.

As usual, the protection circle with Dascentian characters reading “Under divine grace” (top) and “for the highest good of all” (bottom).
The inner sigil is a construction based on symbols from the “collective consciousness library”

The Pentacle of Protection is depicting the 5 pointed star and the protection circle which defines the pentacle.
Flanked (both sides) by the crescent moon.

The element representative to the axiom “As above so below” is represented by the crescent moons under the pentacle.
The bigger one on top and reflected one is the smaller crescent moon.

Infinity symbol is the karmic symbol we already mentioned many times before, it is representative to abundance, power, but also as “what goes around comes around” .

The triangle pointing down is representative to feminine energy, water, adaptability, fluidity, abstract thinking, emotional. And the energy is birth from the feminine aspect, it rises into the infinity symbol finding balance and eventually ascends into the hearth space, where the power of the dormant goddess is awakening.

For Atanata sigil I recommend this music (you will understand why).
